Becoming A Sperm Donor

This depends on who you are working with. Every Research Lab, Sperm Bank and Private Recipient has their own caluculations for what they will pay per sample. If you choose a private reciepient you connect with from one of the groups in our database then this would be considered a private arrangement i.e. by shipping them the sample it is illegal to pay for the sale of sperm BUT Donors are allowed to receive a reasonable contribution towards time, expenses, travel, etc. With that being said A private arrangement you can expect to be compensated between $150.00 - $400.00. In the case of the Research Labs and Sperm Banks they usually compensate upto $130.00. The difference is the reseach labs and sperm banks will purchase 3-4 samples per week for a minimum of 6 months. Every sperm banks criteria is different but they all require at least these 3 items. You must be between 18 to 45 years old. You must be able to donate 1 to 3 times per week. You must in general good health.

You should abstain for a minimum of 48 hours prior to donating in order to give a sample with an optimal sperm count.
